Pay: 28.52 + super, weekend loading, weekly tips and staff benefits

About

Tokyo Tina is a fun, fast paced Chapel Street restaurant, serving Japanese street food, boozy cocktails, sake, Australian wine, Japanese beer and karaoke! We also have a very busy private diner, which hosts an awesome array of private events. As part of Commune Group, you'll join a team that works hard, has fun and genuinely enjoys what we do with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow and build your career across our venues, including; New Quarter, Firebird, Moonhouse, Studio Amaro and Hanoi Hannah

The Role

We are looking for a confident waiter for floor work, someone who genuinely enjoys being on the floor and delivering world class guest experience every shift.

  • Deliver warm, genuine hospitality and provide an outstanding guest experience.
  • Execute the full sequence of service efficiently and consistently.
  • Develop strong food and beverage knowledge, including dietary requirements and allergens.
  • Confidently recommend menu items, beverages and pairings to guests.
  • Complete opening and closing duties to venue standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming dining environment throughout service.
  • Accurately use the POS system to process orders and payments.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Uphold RSA, food safety and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, fast-paced team culture.
